Complaints:
We understand that there may be occasions when we don't meet your expectations. In such cases, we want to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We encourage you to first speak with the individual involved in your complaint and try to resolve the issue informally. However, if you feel that your complaint hasn't been resolved, you can raise a formal complaint with us.
